The 3rd Space
Between architecture and nature. Between shelter and openness. Between comfort and connection.
Why we exist
There is a space most people never fully design.
Not the home. Not the workplace. The space where architecture reconnects us to the world around us — to light, to air, to nature, to place, to ourselves, and to one another.
The Third Space is not defined by a product. It is defined by the experience it creates.
That belief is why T3S exists.
The Space Between
The most memorable outdoor environments are rarely defined by a single product or system.
They emerge from the careful integration of structure, materiality, light, shelter, and atmosphere.
They exist between architecture and landscape. Between shelter and openness. Between comfort and connection.
These are the spaces T3S was created to design and coordinate.
Where we work
Rooted in Florida and California. Serving Mexico and the Caribbean.
Every market presents its own conditions — climate, culture, architecture, regulation. T3S brings the same design-led approach and the same commitment to quality to every environment we work in.

FOUNDER
The brand is new. The expertise is not.
Marco Morales Rivera founded The 3rd Space Outdoor Concepts with a simple belief: outdoor spaces deserve the same level of architectural thought, care, and intention as the spaces within a home.
Drawing from a background in architecture, design, and project development, he created T3S as a design-led practice focused on shaping meaningful outdoor environments through thoughtful design, trusted partnerships, and carefully selected systems.
The philosophy behind T3S is inspired in part by the work of Luis Barragán — whose architecture demonstrated that light, shadow, color, landscape, and emotion are not separate elements, but parts of a single experience. His conviction that any architectural work that does not express serenity is an error continues to shape how we think about outdoor living today.
The Third Space was born from a personal conviction:
"You shouldn't need to travel far to find calm. It should be waiting at your own door. A place to breathe. To think. To pray. To meditate. To smile. To enjoy the silence. To simply be. Designed into your daily life. At your own home. In your own city."
